Group Visit Request Form

Are you interested in bringing a large group to visit the University of Delaware?

We host large group visits for high school students in grades 9-12, as well as transfer students, and community based organizations. Information sessions and tours are available for groups of 15-60 individuals (including students and chaperones). Group visits consist of a 30 minute information session and/or a 90 minute student led walking tour by our Blue Hen Ambassador student tour guides.

Please complete our group visit request form at least two weeks prior to your requested visit day and time. Once you have completed the form, you will receive an immediate receipt of your request. You should expect to receive a response regarding your request within five business days. While we cannot guarantee that your requested visit will be confirmed, we will determine if we can accommodate your group based on the availability of space, staff, and student tour guides.

Please note:

• All groups MUST be accompanied by at least 1 adult chaperone per 15 students. A chaperone must remain with the group during the walking tours
• Campus tours will happen rain or shine. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and dress appropriately for the weather
