Group Visit Guidelines

I understand that the University of Delaware has the following expectations for visiting groups:

It is the responsibility of the chaperone(s) to attend all sessions (presentation and campus tour) with students. A chaperone is required for every 15 students attending the group visit.
As the group coordinator, you are responsible for the conduct of your student attendees. University of Delaware staff and tour guides have the right to end a group visit due to disruptive behavior.
Groups are not permitted to use any electronic devices during the campus programming (i.e. cell phones, tablets, air pods, headphones, etc.).
Late arrival of more than 15 minutes of the visit will result in termination of the admissions presentation; Late arrival of more than 30 minutes of the visit will result in termination of the campus tour
Cancellation of visits must occur at least 24 hours in advance by email (admissionsgroupvisit@udel.edu).
Submission of this form is not confirmation of your visit. You will receive communication after University of Delaware staff have reviewed your request (typically within 5-7 business days).
